Where each document stands

A tax-exempt organization must make certain documents available to the public. This page is where Waymark Project will post them. Nothing is listed as available until it exists. The full governance table is on the governance page.

Inspection

How to ask for a copy

Once the project is tax-exempt, anyone may ask for a copy of its IRS application and its last three annual returns. Write to archive@areebuzzaman.com and a copy will be sent promptly, at no charge for a reasonable request. Until then, there are no such documents to share.

Annual report

What the yearly report will contain

The first report will be posted after the first full year of operation. It will be short, and every section will be filled in even if the answer is "none". The planned contents:

  1. Programs. What was published or changed, with dates, copied from the activity log.
  2. Measures. The counts listed on the programs page.
  3. Finances. Total received, total spent and sources, as on the finances page.
  4. Governance. Directors, changes to the documents, and conflicts disclosed.
  5. Corrections. Mistakes found and fixed.
